Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the county and state restrictions in place to slow the spread of the virus, Bearded Face Productions has made the difficult decision to cancel Mustang Rock & Roast 3, which was scheduled for the weekend of October 17-18.

“We held out on making this announcement as long as we could, but unfortunately things have not improved enough for us to comfortably move forward with Mustang Rock & Roast 3,” said Producer and Owner of Bearded Face Productions Mike Dianna. “The safety and well-being of our fans, musicians and staff is our top priority. We are looking forward to hosting our Mustang events in 2021 with hopes of gathering people together again, but right now we ask everyone to show some love to the Mustang Outreach Program.”

Each year, a portion of the proceeds from Mustang Spring Jam and Mustang Rock & Roast go to the Mustang Outreach Program, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to encourage and cultivate children’s creativity and individualism through music.

For the past eight years over 80 percent of the income needed to sustain the Mustang Outreach Program has come from the Mustang festivals and community concerts, and due to all the event cancellations in 2020 that income has come to a halt.

To help save the Mustang Outreach Program, Mike Dianna asks Mustang fans to make a donation.

“The fans and musicians are not the only ones who have suffered from the cancellation of both Mustang 2020 events,” said Dianna. “If you were planning to attend Mustang Spring Jam or Mustang Rock & Roast this year, we would deeply appreciate you donating your ticket cost or a portion of your ticket cost to the program. Your generous donations will save this special program and allow us to help the kids keep making music.”
